FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos?
The usual turnaround is next business day M-F. Some larger listing may require an additional day of editing prior to delivery. Delivery of images can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control such as power outages, internet failures, equipment failures, etc. We are available to shoot and edit on weekends and holidays, but surcharges apply for shooting and editing on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. You will receive one or more download links via email with options to download the edited high resolution files and two or more different sizes of the low resolution images with the same proportions as the original pictures but resized for the internet.
Cancellations or Reschedules:
24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule a previously booked shoot. Any jobs cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour window will be charged the amount of the deposit. An exception to this policy is rain.
